We know that the number one determinant of resilience is a stable & loving attachment between a child and caregiver, and yet we are not taught how to create safety and connection in our homes, schools, and workplaces.
At The BEE ME Project, our mission is to help others foster healthy relationships - including the one you have with yourself. Harnessing the power of developmental science and holistic modalities, we teach workshops and programs targeting stress resiliency, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation through mindfulness-based training.
Studies show that three quarters of adults experience health impacts due to stress [1], and yet so many of us are never taught how to manage - or even recognize - stress in our lives.
We can train our nervous systems to become more aware and more resilient to our human experiences. Every BEE ME program offers mindful awareness and somatic practices designed to reduce stress in real time.
[The] teaching/facilitating style was very informative and resourceful. I was able to learn so much and I truly felt immersed in the subject matter. The training was also very interactive and can overall be described as a well-needed experience. From learning about the importance of self-regulation and co-regulation to being introduced to... learning how imperative this practice is to our nervous systems and how detrimental it can be to our nervous systems if not practiced. This practice has played a big role in assisting me in my journey of becoming my best self.
I had never heard of [much of the content] or the science behind it but I can truly say that I connected deeply with my heart that day, I felt a sense of calmness hovering over my soul. Additionally, I slept better [the] night [of the workshop] and also found tools that help with everyday stress.
“Well-being” is a natural, holistic state that so many of us have become disconnected from. Through busy and stress-inducing states of existence, we have learned to exclude the wisdom of our bodies, the importance of feeling, and the impact of the environment. We believe it doesn’t have to be this way for you or your children.
The BEE ME Project focuses on fostering a multi-dimensional approach to the concept of well-being.
Our programs have been intentionally designed to teach you how to connect to your whole self -
and how to pass this skill on to the little people in your life.
