Through this connection, we can improve our presence, our wellness, and our happiness in our own lives.

You may have tried meditation, mindfulness practices, yoga, or other techniques to increase your sense of wellness. But have you tried a holistic, step-by-step approach to becoming more present in your life?

B-E-E-M-E – great acronym, isn’t it?
Originating in the Caribbean, The BEE ME Project is a collaborative effort that seeks to support and assist individuals, families, educators, schools, professionals and institutions to build resilience and cultivate global generational self-awareness.
We envision a world where what we teach and learn is directly relevant to navigating everyday life in a peaceful, centered and loving way.

The BEE ME Project is on a mission to teach organizations, institutions, and groups to build collective wellness and provide safe environments for their teams to flourish.
We have three unique workshops that tap into organizational goals and objectives:
The Bee Resilient workshop focuses on building resilient teams.
Participants learn how mental and emotional stress affects interpersonal communication, connection, and conflict resolution. Participants will also gain invaluable knowledge and tools to enhance compassion, cooperation, performance, and creativity.
The Bee Mindful workshop supports organizations providing service to their communities.
Participants learn coping skills, self-care, and mindfulness techniques to create and nurture trusting relationships – while also learning how to support their own self-love.
The Bee Embodied Leadership workshop is for organizations looking to strengthen leadership.
Participants gain a holistic approach based on intuition and wisdom derived from the heart, mind and body. Participants become more aware of the interconnectedness of our entire inner being.

Anyone seeking to become more self-aware, present in the moment, and regulated for themselves and others should check out ur Foundations Program – a 7-week guided and comprehensive journey into the foundations of your holistic wellness – Body, Emotion, Energy, Mind, and Environment.
Foundations uses trauma-informed Polyvagal theory, somatic therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you explore your inner landscape. You will create sustainable habits that will become the foundation for greater calm, clarity, and authenticity in a supportive and safe environment.
