Description
Body Fluency is a women’s program focused on embodiment practice, creating consistent space to connect to one’s self and tune into the subtle communication and wisdom of the body, transmuting stress and body tension into greater ease and fluidity. Through playful movements based in dance and yogic practices, as well as somatic exercises, we will quiet the mind and invite the body to speak – to express – igniting the power of the inner voice that resides within. Each practice will explore movement, meditation and breath as the vehicles to emotional alchemy. We will build heart coherence, nervous system regulation, and greater body mobility, within the context of sacred intention, in women’s circle, connecting to the wisdom of the Divine Feminine energy within us.
